ABOUT SHOGUN Rust Server

SHOGUN Server for Rust (Experimental)

The server is running the Oxide 2 Mod and has some popular plugins such as Hunt RPG, 5X Gather, Instant Crafting, Teleports, Starter Kits, Clans, and many more. These plugins combined with Active Admins helps to make a better gaming experience.

Updates and news for the server will be posted here. If you experience an issue while playing on the server or get error messages when trying to connect please post a message on this page so we can investigate (Don't forget to include the error message so we can help troubleshoot!).

Want to join the server? Log in to Rust and press F1 to bring up the console.
Copy/paste the following -- client.connect 68.232.167.50:28016

Commands to know when in-game---
/help --- Will bring up a list of helpful commands
/hunt --- Will bring up a list of commands to be used in the Hunt Mod
/kit --- Will list the available kits to help you on your way
/clan --- To access the Clan menu to form clans or join them

6:15PM CT: Oxide 2 installed successfully and plugins appear to be working as well. Server is back up and ready for players!

6:09PM CT - Server came back up however the server host didn't have Oxide 2 available for installation. I have just taken the server back down to install Oxide 2 so all the plugins can be run. Stand by for next update.


Server is currently down for updates. We're getting SMG's, bean can grenades, bigger horses (to ride at a later point), research benches and more. Stay tuned for updates on when the server will be back up. If it's anything like last week it shouldn't be more than 10 minutes.

Server restarted about 10 minutes ago (7:50PM CT) and just confirmed that the map IS updating correctly at Playrust.io

Update scheduled for today. If it's anything like last week it will happen between 4pm - 6pm. No server wipe is being required. I will post an announcement later with more information.
