Binds for convenient kicking

Fortunately, console commands are our allies!

Add this to your autoexec, to save yourself much hassle:
Note: You can change "kp_leftarrow"/"kp_rightarrow" to whatever key you like, such as "o", "p", etc...

So, what do these do?
The first line binds the "callvote" command to your NUM4 key;
Pressing this key will open kick menu, without the need to open and navigate the Esc menu!

If still on cooldown, you'll receive a message with time remaining, just as if you had clicked the button in the Esc menu.

And the other line?
Somewhat broken, but still potentially useful, this command, bound to NUM6 by default, will attempt to call an impossible vote, only ever giving you a message of cooldown remaining instead!

Do note that it will ALWAYS claim cooldown remaining, even when the vote is
actually available, where it'll keep listing the same amount of time as on previous use, so this only works properly within the 2:30 of cooldown!
