This is our official group for CHS's competitive TF2 team. We're currently applying for UGC 6vs6, but we need you to let us know if you're going to join BY THE END OF THE WEEK!! Otherwise, we're SOL and the season will start without us.
As far as the "sd |" tag goes, it's entirely optional, but I think I'd only suggest you wear it if you're on the team. If you're just in the group to hear when our games are taking place and whatnot, it's probably best to leave it off.

Mic/headset
Willingness and ability to actually play in comp matches
*** At the beginning of a comp match, UGC requires you to record and save a POV demo of you playing the entire match. Easiest way to do this is to open up the developer console in-game and type:

"record sd_v_enemyteamname_mapname" (without quotes).

This will save the entire match as a demo named "sd_v_enemyteamname_mapname.dem." When the match is finished, type:

"stop" (again without quotes).

If you don't do this, and you don't have a demo saved, ALL of our team can be discredited in some way, shape, or form. If you want to use a recording software for this, you can, but just make sure your FPS doesn't take a ridiculous hit like it would if you were to use fraps.

*** Also, does anyone have the ability and the know-how to run a server that we can use for UGC matches and possibly scrims? It would be really really helpful.
