ULX admin plugin has decided to break AGAIN. It randomly broke the chat, so I can't reload it until I find a fix.

For some reason, people were disconnected earlier with the message "Server shutting down" and now there's some sweps on there that I never uploaded. Also, there were these two guys that were on promptly before and after I shut the server down. They are both banned, I'm working on changing passwords. For the time being, the server will be shut down.
