It honestly hurts to see how hard this game fell off. Its hard to blame the cause for one reason but i do wish the devs were allowed to be more open about what was going on back doors

i dont see this game getting back its old population or its mojo. shame for an actually pretty well made game too

The Devs kept listening to the vocal minority and alienated the non-hardcore audience. It's not a secret or mystery. Been playing since the Steam Release and watched it happen in real-time. It used to be a more arcade-y feeling shooter with Extraction and Looting elements. A lighter, forgiving take on the genre. But then an increasingly loud minority got into the dev team ears and kept pushing for more hardcore features that pushed players away, it became just like every "We want the Tarkov Audience" shooter.
