Great graphics, level design, sound, fun missions and characters (A lot are wasted though), let down by it's poor performance, heaps of bugs, missing features and horrid gameplay design.

The "Open-world" is the prettiest loading screen I have ever seen. That's all it is, smoke and mirrors. It's look and don't touch, as the moment you try to interact with anything. People are robotic, walking on set paths, driving on set paths, all interacting the exact same. There is nothing to do in the world besides driving from mission to mission. Will say though, the quality shoots up in missions, as characters actually interact with the world, but that's still just animation on rails.

Literally the worst wanted system I have ever seen in a game. I'm a stealth hacker, so I can't get close in the fight or I die. If you hack someone from stealth, they have to hack you back to find you. If a policeman gets hurt in the explosion, they will INSTANTLY locate you and INSTANTLY teleport behind you, doing insane damage to you. If you kill them, they just raise your wanted level and teleport even more, harder and more powerful enemies behind you. Even worse, these enemies can not be hacked for some reason, and since they instantly locate you no matter where you are, stealth is out of the question. I turn from a cyberhacker into a normal guy with a pistol.

Not all hope is lost though! If you can get away before getting killed, all you need to do is hide round the corner and they will drop all 5 star chargers on you. I would literally rather there be zero police in this game than this mess.

Story ending was disappointing, but I did enjoy the rest of the story missions and a lot of the side quests. The "Choices" were fake though. The mission with the robot spider which they showed off, showing all the "choices" the player has, was one of the only missions which actual choices.

My frames go as low as 20fps on bare minimum settings on a rig which is "recommended" by them.

If you knew nothing about the lies CDPR told about this game, and waited for the bugs and performance issues to be fixed in a years time, this could be an enjoyable experience overall. This isn't GTA though, even though it likes to pretend it is. It's Far Cry. If you go into the game like it's Cyberpunk Far Cry then it won't disappoint.
