The new Hitman games are fantastic.
There is nothing like them.

All three coming together as one big package results in a great game you can pump a huge amount of hours into.

A stealth-puzzle game.
A murderous work and travel.
A dark underworld journey.
A goofy throwing simulator.
All this and more is what these games are.

It's concept over 20 years in the making almost reaching it's peak.
The only improvements I can come up with are only minor cosmetic ones such as less cluttered gear menus, neat gimmicks like weapon customisation or more language diverse voice acting befitting of the various regions and locations. These are not necessary though and voice acting is incredibly expensive.

But there is one big elephant in the room that no one can ignore.
DRM. The need to be always online to play this. It's infuriating just how much of a hostile practice that is.
Remove it, IO. Seriously. You have built something impressive. Why do have to undermine yourself like that?

I would recommend these games wholeheartedly but that one problem is too big to be sidelined.
