Launching the game has basically become a gacha. XIGNCODE was loaded successfully since the progress bar went through all the way, but sometimes it freezes on the warning, while other times it works without any issue.

I've removed Radmin, I've removed all anti-virus software and disabled Windows Defender. I've deleted the log file and xmag file. I've verified the game file numerous times. I have no idea what works and what doesn't, as it just randomly works after a restart, and randomly doesn't after a restart.

XIGNCODE log is encrypted so I don't know what's causing the issue. XIGNCODE support and NEOWIZ give no response except automated ones.

I have no confidence buying any DLC at this point, and I don't know how much patience I would have to restart my computer over and over again, and pray over and over again that the game could launch.
