9/10 - Great battlefield game!
I have had tons of fun playing it, this far!
It's not perfect! But compared to the half finished unoptimized slop relying purely on AI today, then i would say it is perfect!
The entire Battlefield Studios has put together a great Battlefield game, which im quite sure i'll enjoy for years.

Pros:
- Amazing audio design!
- Amazing Visuals
- Amazing Destruction (Could use a few bigger levelution events, Dice please <3)
- Amazing Gameplay
- Fun campaign (Lacking a bit on story though)
- Great Atmosphere
- Great map designs! (Mostly visual related)
- Devs are listening to community feedback and reacts to it, they also actively monitors data and reacts to that also.
- The skins are grounded (Some have had to much neon bright colors, which the devs have fixed and toned down)
- Live service instead of DLC (For multiple reasons i belive this is good:
1. Playerbase won't be split due to missing DLCs owned
2. All new weapons, vehicles, maps, etc. will be free and unlockable through battlepass (And through challenges later if not unlocked before season ends)
3. Skins will pay for the ungoing support of the game instead of content locked behind paywall, which in the end is entirely optional)

Cons:
- Maps are to small for All out Warfare
- UI is not great when selecting gamemode (Take 3-5 business days to find Breakthrough)
- Weapon Packages are confusing when first starting and are generally in the way when just trying to configure your gun (I don't want to view weapon packages and then selecting the package im using)
- There are way to many gamemodes and playlists, that honestly not many people want to play, and are just hiding the core gamemodes from the UI view
- Vehicles are glass cannons (Im not a vehicle player myself), but essentially the vehicles are fragile, while also dealing way to much damage! (I actually felt 2042 had a good balance, except the camping in spawn with AA and heli's being able to fly vertically out of range fram lock-ons)

Theres a lot more i could say, but these are some of my highlights.

The game is amazing, a giant visual update from 22, with lots more details.
A bit of a downgrade in the shop menu though, it's harder to find things in my opinion, compared to 22
Can't recommend the game enough.

I create a game, play first round, then mouse is locked and i can't look around, it occured on all the games i tried to play, but i had to restart basically imidiatly.

Not to mention, the game is locked on 54fps no matter the settings. Even when thre is no v-sync and monitors/windows runs with 144hz.

Since i haven't been able to play the game at all, i still feel i can say the animations are poor, from the cutscene i saw when booting the game.

I do not recommend

How to play dead island 2:
1. Boot game, game will crash
2. Try boot game again, game will crash again
3. Wait 10 minutes and boot into the game
4. Start / continue game, then crash immediatly after loading
5. Try again 10 times with same result
6. wait 24 hours to be able to play maybe an hour
7. Pray you can play more than 1 hour before crash again.

*Mandatory* Epic Online Service installation, that just can be removed, because it's only used for connecting to Epic Friends, which we all know that nobody have because your friends is all on the one and only platform, STEAM!

Terrible UI, limited options, bad physics, look sensivity to the roof, which can't be changed, and more.....
For player who wanna try this, and use pedals and steering wheels. You have to rebind throttle button again, otherwise it's bound to the throttle pedal release, which means your vehicle throttles by it self. In me and my friend's case it happened with Logitech G923 wheel and pedals. (Keep in mind the game acknowledged the wheels and pedals without problem, and bound all other buttons fine.)

Fantastic chill game, that you can relax and sit back, to enjoy at your own pace

1. Sound when hovering menu options is annoying.
2. Character and animal models, looks like play doh.
3. In Character customization, genitals and nipples are blurred even if nudity is enabled ( i mean huge turn of am i right? xD)
4. "Phone POV" cutscenes, cut off subtitles / dialog
5. Aim Assist on mouse and keyboard, that can't be turned off, is actually a huge turn off, who would have known :)
6. I didn't get past the prolouge before i realized, my money could've been spent on a pair of slippers instead....

After 1.5 years them game is finally in a good stage, where i would even call it a good shooter, i can't bring myself to say it's on it's way to be a good battlefield game, it ain't.

The game is filled with grenade spam, and it is unlikely it's gonna stop at all, only one of the 14 specialist, have the abillity to stop grenades, which have been heavily nerfed, why would they ever do that, when it's such a plague in the game.
The specialists still don't fit in the game.
Some weapons still need a buff/nerf, which to my understanding is getting looked at ATM.

Overall if you are looking for a good shooter, i would recommend the game as it is ATM.
But if you are looking for a good BF game, i would wait to see further down the line or wait for the next game.
