Lost my save game and fk that im not going thru killing 2500 zombies and 150 animals again to be right where i was , so close to getting the final achievments justup and poofed ... dont know what happend it was just gone...

Literally dumped 150 hours into this and the only thing i want is more lol it wa shighly addictive and fun to play with friends getting it all figured out, at some point tho it became less about the drugs and more about management and shipping and delivery then it was about the product itself. i finished 100%ing this game a day after the update where they added the stash and dash and unfortunately i cant see myself going through that mess ever again the grind was stupid unreal and i had to resort to using the gold exchange method to even THINK ABOUT finishing this game within 150 hours not to mention winning big at the casino so YES i recommend this game but i cant recommend it for replayability. UNLESS there is some major update that changes alot of the game breaking mechanics

my first 100 hours were cool but played them solo and i got pretty far, i wanted to get into the magical stuff but it was a grind, then the reset happened and i decided this time around i wanted the 4 plots and 6 character slots so i could do a more character focused approach but when i purchased the masters pack i didnt get what they promised me was part of the pack according to their website i was supposed to get a bunch of access but it treated me like i didnt buy anything so i uninstalled the game, requested a refund and quickly withdrew all the support i had for the game, i WILL NOT SUPPORT SCAM ARTISTS

i advise playing in hard mode and set the days to 30 per season and learn the game that way its alot more fun

well where should i start? do i start with the incompetence of Xsolla or the complete negligence of LTG?
without my knowledge i was paying for this game monthly of 15 dollars for MONTHS off of my paypal account Even after canceling my services but i guess they must of REALLY needed the lights on at LTG because they continued to take my money on an email i RAREly use and when i tried to contact them about these issues that Repeatedly told me the email i was using to write them had an active subscription tho when i sign into their stupid xsolla wallet there was no sing of any of it, HOURS of my time going back and forthe between these to companies i came to the conclusion that they DONT GIVE A RATS rear end about their customers the only way im changin this review is if i get a formal apology from that worker at Xsolla for acting without my consent ( yes i provided screenshots ) and someone from LTG reaching out giving me reassurance that this miscommunication between Xsolla and their teams ends, your killing your Small playerbase and if you take a look at the recent reviews they are not great, i love the game but your business has major problems and with the right PR you can fix all!

Edit: a supervisor Named Cameron has been a tremendous help, though im certain my situation was very complicated and required some deeper digging, this employee went above and beyond and not only was able to transfer my coins to my steam account but also transferred my subscription, and the time on my subscription so it shows that ive been a supporter for a long time. he was very patient and seemingly dedicated to fixing my issue and i hope LTG reads these reviews because that guy is a problem solver you guys have 1 happy customer so from the bottom of my heart i want to say thank you to this guy, Xsolla on the other hand can still kiss my rear end.

if your looking for a smooth gaming experience thats just a purchase of goods and jump into playing the game your far from it but if your looking for an experience as grindy as the game then youve come to the right place but the customer support is like playing a turn based fighting game and every email you send is only doing 1 dmg to a 500k healthed boss and the boss doesnt take their turn for 12 hours while your asleep

Because of NedyTheNoodle i had an amazing opportunity to immerse myself in this breathe taking environment challenging my skills and critical thinking as i traversed the landscapes of these arks battling fierce monsters from the the unknown as i was urged forward by this sense of discovery unlocking parts of the world to me previously unknown and as the weather would roll in forcing me to acquire better equipment to fend of the harshness of the elements but you know why even after such a rich experienceim giving this a do not recommend?
Beacause the DAY Abberation dropped i probably more than anyone was waiting, patiently, had my computer set to auto install THE MOMENT an update was ready but do you want to know what that experience is like? well its steam taking and downloading your 2GB update THEN TAKING THE WHOLE GAME AND MOVING IT TO ANOTHER DRIVE TO PATCH IT THEN INSTALL IT! the SSD i set as the destination is one of 3 drives i have but its my only SSD so i keep it clear for ark and only ark but because of this change in destination for whatever unknown reason. which changes a maybe 25 min download install into a 6 hour set of problems!!!! but this is only frustration 1 then we have the state of the server Queue which is non existent which was made very clear when the drop of this new map left me at the main menu having to spam the join button after wasting another 5 hours of time attempting to join just 1 server with your so called queue system where i was in queue for several hours and decided to do things around the room while i waited patiently for my all time favorite map, the map that made me fall in love, thee MAP that started it all for a young gamer looking for adventure and i wanted to relive that through this passion child you've given the community but my to my surprise when my fiance who hit the back button then clicked to join jumps right in as i was in queue waaaaay longer than she had been so whats the deal? does it exsist? or is it a check box to make microsoft happy?and this is jut frustration 2. number 3 is far more easier to fix and thats the favorites system? why is it i have to remember these servers like they are passwords like what kind of retention system is that? ill make it simple, give people the option to save the servers they play on in a separate list so they are not having to ping EVERY SERVER YOU HAVE it will save on resources and save the player time which is something that you haven't been very mindful of youve gotten waay better considering the forced bs start you were given because of a pos company like nitrado but thats my opinion not yours they helped you alot but gave you a bad unrealistic deal.
please... the content is amazing but can we get an update the the users experience? we both know the tracking system is falling behind because of conflicts between different consoles code for the crossplay compatibility so tracking your teammates is a huge bug fest forcing you to take measure such as destroying your old body so your tribemates tracking doesnt get confused or finding easier ways like tracking the MOUNT your tribemates are riding instead of them beacause it was more stable. these are fixes that should have to exist we should be passed this by now and its not even your fault but bad circumstances but one thing i can promise you that should be a good deal is ill will beable to change my thumbs down to a thumbs up given things get taken care of and thats a promise i can keep and just for the record on SE i have 3.4k hours so yes i love your games but you guys make it hard to love all of you just saying <3

update: whats the point of asking me if i want to update? you all have done great work but you have completly changed the feel of the game, it doesnt feel like ark....
Update, they have fixed the favorites but the current state of the game is 100% pay to win and i wont support that.
Update, you guy have just ruin this, and just for kicks i wantedto play with some friends on a private server but have vanilla rates but your server files dont have that as default you have some other thing going on there maybe people just dont want to deal with your slow response times and your lack of customer support this game proceeds to be exhausting and the lack of compassion for the people that have in some cases dedicated their lives to playing... i suggest every developer take 1 hour and talk wwith the community im not talking a live stream i mean just jump on a server and play with someone ... pvp and pve either one, but yall might learn a thing or 2

I Think this Game is AMAZING ive tried to make it as hard on ymself as possible and failed many times but finally found a rhythm to it and got 3 region with over 800 people in total with 600 in the first city one thing ive noticed is the hunting camp is really out of place and a solution i am submitting is a butchers shop so it does look so out of place in town. :)

Great game i love the aspects of it, but yall need to change a few things. the atack speed of the healers is absolute garbage and the hit radius for it is even more of a joke, maybe letting smoke beable to rez and use a defensive like smoke blast would be amazing but atm the heals are mediocre even lvled up theres no REAL buff for it other than chain heal or for goodness sakes give her a parry ability like spike other than her movement she has literally no defence
