I can recommend this game to some people if they can handle the mean community and some hackers which live in it. If you can't handle it then this game isn't going to be your best pick out of most games out there.

The competitive side of the game is well done, but it does only use 64 tick servers for matchmaking so if your a good bhopper you will have some problems attempting to bhop in a comp game unless your very good at it and have excellent timeing then your good to go. Hackers are also in the competitive games but they are decreasing in numbers over time as for the VAC waves which makes the game a bit more enjoyable. Also as you play you might come also some players who arent in to playing competitivly all the time and could make you lose a game if your put with them as some of them tend to sit in spawn when your losing the game already.

The community of this game overall is mean but some members out there are very nice and would be willing to help you play this game and help you become better at the game overall. If you have never played any CS game before well you may not like this game as it has a steep learning curve, it can take a few hours, days or months to get really good at it and learn all the guns spray patterns, common locations and much more. If you enjoy playing competitive FPS then come on over as this game might just be for you.
