I have bundles on my workshop page with almost every single combination you can make with rotor suspensions, Personally i use buildvision to attach rotor heads to suspension pieces, but you can also use scripts or paste in a blueprint. so creating it in survival will require mods or scripts.

plenty of guides on youtube on how to attach rotors to suspension aswell ^^

hi kennet0508 i am trying to recreate a build of yours i think. its two suspensions togather with two rotors attached i have the first build but want the same build using the new short wheeled suspension is their a mod or progam that allows you to do this.
