You can't go EVERYWHERE in Tamriel.
You can't do almost anything (I'd like to see you fly to space in a cyborg whale, go to the moon, then start wanking you willy untill you accumulate enough sperm to fill a moderate sized pool)
and the Story is the most over used "chosen one" plot that you could right in you sleep.
