The sound design in Battlefield 6 is honestly a mess. Footsteps are almost impossible to hear, even when enemies are right next to you. Directional audio feels inconsistent, and everything gets drowned out by explosions and ambient noise. It really hurts the gameplay because you can’t rely on sound at all.

After a long time, finally a game that’s actually fun to play. Runs great on Unreal 5, smooth and well optimized. Really enjoying it so far. I hope the devs keep building on this!

One of the best games on steam. Highly recommend.
