1. Thats a literal you issue
2. Only get rewards if you did the milestones for them
3. They have stated that the problem is on twitches side and you aint the only special snowflake
4. They are being flooded with requests like yours
5. You lost your progress cause you tried to link your nexon account and it even said in big bold writing for blind bats like you that it would reset your progress if you continue.

And finally its a new live service game so its bound to have issues.
