I don't mind the game’s setting shift to a Japanese culture, but honestly, I’m just not that excited about it. I won’t compare it to Silent Hill 2, because they’re clearly different, so I can respect the changes they've made. That being said, I'm getting pretty tired of games only offering two difficulty settings that are miles apart. There's no middle ground, and that’s frustrating. The story difficulty starts off feeling too easy, then Hard suddenly ramps up to a point where it’s just frustrating instead of challenging cuz of the annoying Fov in certain boss fights. The graphics are great, the performance is smooth, and I don’t mind the combat. But the story? It gets really confusing and starts feeling kind of dull as you progress. I haven't finished it yet, but I’m honestly not motivated to push through to the end just to get the final payoff, especially since the game is so long. That said, I did find the characters interesting, and I actually bothered reading all the notes (which is rare for me in most games). So the story isn’t bad, but it does get more convoluted the deeper you go, in my opinion. I’m not sure if I’ll finish it, and at this price? Absolutely not. Like, seriously are we deadass?

And if you're gonna play it, for gods sake, play it in japanese. It is painfully bad in english. I know u dont like reading subtiltes, but ur doing urself a favor.

I cant really critique the lore cuz I unironically spend every cutscene just staring at EVEs t**s and ass, and can you honestly blame me?

That said, the game is very fun. The combat is fluid and genuinely fun, with bosses that are both challenging and rewarding. The skill tree starts off strong, giving a nice sense of progression, but eventually it starts to feel a bit pointless. especially the Tachy tree. I still don’t understand why that needed an entire skill branch.

Anyway, this company knew exactly what they were doing when they made these outfits, so gathering them were definitely the fun part.

Wow, this game is really clever made. I'm really glad I went in blind—knowing too much beforehand would’ve definitely ruined the experience. It's one of those games where you need to push through the beginning, especially since it might feel a bit slow if you don’t know what to expect. It definitely sent shivers down my spine which I didnt think was possible.

You don't really have anything to lose playing this game, because its free. It's excellent made. Truly one of a kind. It's kinda hard to explain anything without spoiling, so just play it.

I tried this game because I'm a man of my own opinions and I knew this game was highly controversial and I wanted to see whats up.

If you are a casual gamer and you liked the first game, then you'd definitely also like this one. I've heard a lot of people say that this game is for more mature grown ups, which I completely agree with. I think this game gets far more hated than it deserves. Sure there is some slow gameplay and story every once and a while, but I think the overall conclusion of the story is very well made. The gameplay is also s tier. I have never experienced such amazing, immersive, realistic and intense combat. Every fight sequence was so fun and I enjoyed every one of them. I also really appreciate that you can customize the difficulty. You can play on the hardest setting while still keeping resources on an easier level, which I really like. I remember playing Resident Evil 2, where resource scarcity wasn’t optional, and the gameplay loop of constantly having to save your bullets instead of using them just wasn’t enjoyable for me personally.

I'd give this game an 8/10. It would be higher if it wasn't for some of the SLOWEST GAMEPLAY FROM ABBYS SIDE.

this game is so jokes. has an absolut amazing story with the most interesting and investing plot. probably the first time a game has actually made me laugh so much, because of how based the developers are. it's way over the top and I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ love it. 11/10, cant wait for the upcoming episodes.

An absolute 10/10. We had an incredible time with this experience and never felt bored. It truly lives up to It Takes Two. I'm glad they prioritized gameplay while keeping the story as an optional engagement.

This game is good, but not entirely for me. I can definitely see why people are obsessed with it—the story is very engaging, and I found the puzzles and meaningful choices very entertaining. There were many compelling and emotional moments throughout the narrative, and the soundtrack was beautifully crafted, perfectly complementing the game's teenage fantasy world. However, some characters felt unimportant, and while there were plenty of interesting ones, others seemed like a waste of time to get to know. The ending also wasn’t as emotionally devastating as I expected. Still, it’s a solid game overall. I’d give it a 7/10.

This game is an absolute masterpiece, and I'd even say its way better than the second game, but that's just my opinion. I know a lot of people are complaining about the price, and here's what I have to say. I bought it at 39€ on sale and I don't regret a single euro. You guys need to realize, that just because a game is old, doesn't mean its not worth the price. Yeah its a ps3 15 year old game, but you can play it on steam at 60+ fps with 4k graphics, what else do you want? Stop complaining about the price when you guys literally pay 70-80 euros for the same call of duty game and the same fifa game annually. Im not tryna d***ride rockstar, but im just saying, they are working 24/7 on your the most hype game in the world right now, and they are one of the only game companies left, that actually cares about their games.

And just an extra note, stop acting like you want a remake after their last attempt with gta trilogy
