with mare gone, maybe its finally playable again

Maybe one day I'll recommend this game, but not as it is now. The game itself is fun, but the developers keep contradicting themselves. They say we're not grief protected, yet i've seen people get punished for things they claim is allowed. They say "it's the sandbox experience" but when we actually do it, we get in trouble. ToS and rules are very unclear so we're constantly walking on eggshells if something is allowed or not. They seem to favor larger empires too so if you start your own small empire, you could get in trouble if you try to start a war or defend yourself. It's dumb
