Each skill has it's own talent tree and the passives can change your damage type or if it's single target or AoE for some skills. Other than which subclass you pick at lvl 25, everything else in the game talent wise can be respec for gold. ( WE need a unlearn all button). This is my favorite ARPG by far as far as game play and fun. Could have better graphics, and multiplayer sometimes laggs, but right now everyone and their mother is playing this game so i don't blame them lol.
