READ EDIT AT BOTTOM FOR LATEST UPDATE

This review focuses on Gaijin's support (the developer). I lost access to the email account which my gaijin account is under. I want to change my account email to my current email, but I cannot do this because you need to open a verification email in your account email. I don't have access to the email so I cannot do that.

So I contact support and ask them if they can help me change my email because my old email was lost (and this is while I am logged into my gaijin account on the support page). They tell me they are not allowed to change emails. I ask if they can help me change my password. They also cannot change my password. So I am stuck with an incredibly insecure account which I have sunken over $100 into which someone could take control of at any time and I would be powerless. In fact, the account page says someone from Russia has been logging into my account!

EDIT: As of a few days ago, Gaijin added a second email to my account for me. I promptly changed the password, added 2FA, and added my phone number. I also deleted off the old email address. Thankfully Gaijin have improved their policies, so I am changing my review to a positive one.

P.S. This game is still a massive cash grab though, that hasn't changed. Hide your wallet when you play this game.
