Rimworld is by FAR one of my favorite games I have ever played, the modding community just adds on to it, and the stories and difficulty settings are awesome. The graphics aren't the best, but I don't really care, this is a game I'll always come back to and play again, and again.

It's complexity with the added DLC makes it one of my favorite micromanagement games, from moods to meal tiers to royalty to dryads, it always keeps me engaged and busy. If I really need a challenge I'll throw on Randy Random and naked brutality just for fun as well.

Mods add just about anything you can think of (if you are a modder for this game, thank you so much!) - riding tamed animals, to adding advanced power generation to all sorts of new things.

Heck you can harvest organs for funsies and sell them on the black market.

If you like colony sims that require micromanagement, this game is for you. If you don't, I don't think this is a good buy for you.
