This lazy asset flip barely qualifies as a game. You're better off playing a custom CS level.

It's a very good walking sim, as even jested by the developers themselves in a hidden achievement. Chinese Room make great walking sims, full of detail and aura. Love the setting. Quality is there, and it even has Gaelic translation. But they couldn't make a good horror game to save their lives. Sure it get's tense in a few moments, but all's heavily scripted and almost foreseen. A few chase sequences here, couple very linear avoid-the-monster-while-sneaking bits there, and some jumpscares. Good game but just isn't a good horror game.

Fun story for an evening or two, but doesn't leave a strong impression.

Wonderful but relatively brief space horror game. If you treat it like a small indie game - and not one 13 years in the making - it's exceptional for the amount of detail and ambiance. Aside from being a bit on a short side, its main issue is coming out 10 years behind Alien:Isolation, and being a smaller package overall.

Still I much enjoyed the setting and atmosphere, CAT mechanics, and puzzles that don't hold your hand.
If you enjoy sci-fi and horror games - this scratches the itch although leaves wanting more.

Runs great on Linux too.

Fun little solo extraction shooter game with promising vibe, let down by poor performance and sever lack of content. Fine for a few hours, which the game is honest about, but still hard to genuinely recommend.

A n underwhelming expansion turned linear corridor shooter, lacking in all the charm and detail that made the original game great - no proper detective side-quests with choice, no fun OG trilogy references, barely a fun shooter game. Numerous unfitting segments - where you don't even play as Robocop - incapable to make sense of the poorly written story, and completely destroy the genuine satirical B-movie action hero film feel. Unfinished Business is a very fitting name for all the wrong reasons -I haven't encountered this much soft-locks in a linear game in a long time - unable to proceed further, immortal enemies, no weapons against enemies. This is a buggy mess.

If you're looking for more Robocop - you're better off replaying the original game.

I've long restrained from playing Amnesia: The Bunker since it didn't struck me neither as good of an "action" horror game as the original Dark Descent, nor as good of a story as SOMA (Rebirth for me unfortunately was neither).

After all the love and QOL updates I can finally recommend The Bunker as a boiled-down rogue lite Amnesia experience. It's not as grand as the previous games, taking roughly 4 hours on the first run, but has all the necessary parts that make Amnesia what it is.

Explicit quality of the Bunker is that in opposed to straightforward "find key, open door", you're presented with a varied set of obstacles and tools to deal with them - all randomized for each run. Fuel mechanic works great for added tension, and with point saves, restricted inventory and resource management, going forward requires evaluating the risks.

As always Frictional are masters in setting the mood with sounds and visuals. WWI setting is great, brown-gray sepia presentation is moody and claustrophobic. Plot is present and doesn't draw the player from the gameplay too much.

After beating the intended difficulty, New Game+ is where the game truly shines, allowing to tailor just about anything for an individual experience, satisfying the widest variety of players.

If it was ever possible to create a "randomized" horror game without losing the fundamental excitement of it, Frictional achieved just that.

Sorta fun gameplay loop hindered by lack of variety and content. Every run is basically descend 1000 blocks and pick up an item on your way down. There's nothing the game offers that you don't see for the first couple of levels, let alone the entire 113.

You're done with the upgrades by about a third of the game, and then just sit on piles of cash with nothing to spend on. Temporary upgrades balance is hit or miss - some or must haves and some are useless, effectively making or breaking the run very RNG.

It's fun for a bit but quickly you understand there's not much to the game left. Kept playing hoping for more but unfortunately there's just not much to it.

Grindy and repetitive with no real substance.

Pretty rough around the edges but enjoyable as a whole package. I liked the Infiltrator mode more, clearly that's what inspired the RoboCop game.

Too little of a novelty gag for such a low effort asset flip. Thanks for the Linux build tho.
