Kangah, my beloved

This is a very fun gather-crafting number-go-up game, some people could find this a bit of a slog but I enjoyed every bit of it. I've seen a lot of complaints but after 20+ hours of playing I've only ran into a handful of bugs, and it was nothing game breaking. A couple items from my inventory have poofed out of existence when I gathered /as combat was being initiated/. It can be a bit temperamental when playing with a controller but I imagine keyboard+mouse wouldn't have this issue. This game is a bit like VRising but in space + active raiding/map domination gameplay elements and no character customization as you play one of the 4 characters (all of which have different bonus skills/buffs). It has an actual story you can follow along with as Quinn which I am rather enjoying, though it would have been nice to be able to experience the story as the other characters too. The art is really nice and the NPCs are really charming and fun to interact with.

it doesnt play quite like the first one, its more akin to settlers of catan. not bad, just not what i was looking for. but its fun and well made nonetheless.

Really looking forward to the full release, I had a good time playing the demo!

Ive played this game in bursts since it was released. Still playing it in 2024.
If you like clicky-clacking ur mouse really fast you'll enjoy the game.

The game is simple and addictive, big recommend if you like decorating and 'number go up' games.

I can't play it much or for very long though because the flashing is too much for me.
Some of the weapons flicker just a bit too much when youre swarmed, so be careful if youre photosensitive.

fun premise and a lot of replayability, ants are so cool man.

I really love vampire survivor it's super addictive but it gets way too flashy at times and I'm pretty photosensitive so more than one game and I'm basically going to be nauseous and have a headache for two days. And I love farming sims but I lose interest so quickly, I have the shortest attention span. I don't think I've ever made it more than a year in stardew and most of that is me cutting down trees. The only relationship I have is the one with the man who runs the small store in town cause he has seeds!

Sun Down was basically made for me. It's all of what I like about those other games smushed into one cute little package. You have romance, you have face paced action, you have fishing! I'm going to be honest, I'm not very GOOD at it. I've only made it to day 34, but that's okay, I just play another round. And it doesn't feel tedious like cutting down a bazillion trees to clear your lot. And unlike with VS I can play a dozen rounds and it's not too flashy but it's just as addictive and the little mobs are really cute.

If you're looking for a story heavy game, this one isn't for you. The story is kept light but it's not to its detriment - I think if it were more plot oriented I'd get really frustrated and give up seeing as I can only make it to day 34. The focus really is the waves and collecting and crafting.

The game is fun and stylish, and the music is so very catchy.

I wish I had more to say about it but I only managed to play for a short while, the game actually gave me a seizure. The game gives ample warning, but with most games nowadays having such warnings I figured it can't be that bad. Ohhh boy, I was wrong. I only played for a little under two hours and was confined to a dark room for over 30. Since this incident I'm more sensitive to flashing than I was before. There's no blame being cast here, and if you don't have this issue I definitely recommend playing it. Mostly this is just a reminder and warning to take the proper precautions if you're photosensitive. There is a setting in the menu to make it less flashy, but that still might be too much for some.

i had really enjoyed this game. i was obsessed with the franchise as a whole. but the fact that they have such a weak moral backbone that they would fire an employee at the behest of incels is abhorrent. how you can make a game with themes as it does and bend the knee for a handful of freaks who are angry they can't see more skin is laughable.

korean fans are saying not to play, not to even open the game.
PM plan on using their non korean players as their unaware cash cow.
