Milkshake tercihe göre yalnızca buz veya dondurma eklenerek yapılabilir.
Yalnızca buz kullanıldığında 8-9 adet buz, eğer dondurma kullanılırsa 2 top dondurma ve 2-3 adet buz oranı ile hazırlanabilir.
Blender'ın içerisine 2 top dondurma, 3-4 adet buz, 140 ml süt ve 40 ml meyve püresi/şurubu eklenerek kar buz kıvamına gelene kadar karıştırılır.
Tercihe göre sunum bardağının içerisini krem çikolata ile süsledikten sonra üzerine hazırlanan karışım boşaltılır.
Yine tercihe göre hazırlanan sunumun üzeri kremşanti ile süslenebilir. Afiyet olsun.
