craky can hold and engage an audience, but not convincing or persuasive enough to be used as a keynote speaker/presenter. When ideas are challenged by others, craky listens to their view and tries to defend a position, but may not yet have the experience or authority to present the case well. Or may be over-aggressive in defending a position. Appears confident with familiar situations and people, but still sometimes nervous or over-confident when in an unfamiliar context. Late on more than 5 but fewer than 8 occasions in 6 months.
