My most favourite game of all time

The art is beautiful, it really gets that Jet Set Radio, Hover, Sunset Overdrive, Lethal League vibe and is something I actively seek in games

The OST is awesome. That’s it, don’t have to argue there The Soundlings was my most listened artist this year on spotify

The controls are so simple, so intuitive! You have a sprint, a dodge, a ball form, a throw and a pass button. Just those few buttons add a lot of depth to every interaction, everytime you’re in a 1v1, you have so many choices:
it has so much depth while still being fair to everyone, the game is purely winnable on reflexes alone

Every map has a little gimmick: Trains, cars, wrecking ball, spinning doors which can ruin a flank/escape, cage ball turrets, litterally 5 maps in one with holowood drive-in

There’s just no end to it I could praise this game all day:

- The game has new gamemodes every 4 weeks, like you can't grow tired of it I swear
- Contests on Discord! (I'm mostly referring to that cool art one Gorndt did where you could design an outfit)
- Velan community manager Lynn's chronicles are always a blast to read every week
- The devs are really really cool, listen and you can sometimes play with them (either because you got matched with them or you "won" a private match against them)
