1 Chouriço extra;
250g de farinha;
150g de queijo ralado;
4 Ovos;
1,5dl de vinho branco;
1dl de azeite;
1 Colher de chá de fermento em pó;
Sal q.b.;
Pimenta q.b.;
Manteiga para untar.

preparação:

Barre uma forma de bolo inglês com manteiga e ligue o forno a 180ºC. Retire a pele ao chouriço e corte-o em cubinhos;
Numa tigela, misture a farinha, o fermento, o sal e uma pitada de pimenta moída. Junte depois os ovos, o azeite e o vinho branco e bata ate obter uma massa lisa. Junte os cubinhos de chouriço e o queijo ralado e misture bem.
Verta a mistura anterior na forma e leve ao forno durante 45 minutos. Verifique a cozedura com um palito, retire, desenforme e sirva morno ou frio, decorado a gosto.

INGREDIENTES
400 g de batatas
400 g de cenouras
300 g de abóbora
1 courgette
1/2 couve branca pequena
1 cebola grande
2 dentes de alho
0,5 dl de azeite
Sal q.b.

INSTRUÇÕES DE PREPARAÇÃO
Descasque e lave a cebola, os dentes de alho, a abóbora, as cenouras e as batatas, corte tudo grosseiramente e deite numa panela. Lave a courgette com a casca, retire-lhe as extremidades, corte-a em pedaços e junte-os à panela.
Acrescente água até cobrir, junte o azeite, tempere com uma pitada de sal, leve ao lume e deixe ferver durante cerca de 40 minutos ou até que tudo fique cozido. Retire do lume, reduza a puré com a varinha, rectifique os temperos, adicione mais água se necessário e leve novamente ao lume.
Lave e arranje a couve, corte-a em juliana, junte à panela e deixe cozer até que a couve fique macia. Retire a sopa de legumes do lume e sirva quente. Pode acompanhar com fatias de pão.
