Great game overall. Higher longevity than Fallout 3 and has one of the best DLCs in it. Other than that, the mods the community offer are more expansive and mods on FO3 can be ported to NV with a simple program.

If you're too scared to buy the DLCs of FONV because of experience from FO3's DLCs (which were rather lackluster), the former has it way different. Its DLCs add so much variety to the game (bar the starter packs). Most of the DLCs in the game expand on the story or the people surrounding it without being too focused on it, bar the latest DLC released.

The game offers a lot more choices and sometimes a bit of diffuculty in choosing one since they added a new factor, Reputation. Maybe some won't care about specific NPC relationship, but reputation is something to really think about since it will affect other NPCs greatly, which could either make the game easier or harder.

Survival difficulty is actually entertaining. Food and water in the environment isn't too scarce, but it's enough that you'd have to spend some of your caps on buying some for the road. Though, once you figure out where to find the maiz farms, it gets a whole lot easier - it will be difficult though if you're roleplaying as a eternal good guy.

This is a great RPG while also maintaining to be a great shooter as well. Puts Fallout 4 to shame.

Funny as heck man. It has the best voice actors and the craziest mods. What's better? It's a sandbox! You can do more stuff after you've finished the story.

It's free and is fun when you have friends to play with. Some servers also offer special mods, even to an extent of a pseudo-GMOD. However, the fun is short-lived; it doesn't last long because it either becomes a camper-fest or it becomes as "the player who gets the rocket launcher or crossbow first.

Like the situation of Plain Sight, the game is lost because no one really plays multiplayer anymore.

Get it if you're a Worms Vet. It's almost the same thing as the other older worms to be honest.

It's free, just get it.

If I can name a genre of this game, I might call it TVS or "top view shooter". I know, it is lame, but whatever genre I just made up is Alien Swarm in a general nutshell.

Four classes, so there's variety. Levels, so there's something that'll drive you to play the game. Multiplayer, so there's some replay value. And 8 persons to choose from with different stats, so there's some need of thinking here and there.

If I can point it out right, it's L4D2 while at top view. Not really that much variety in the aliens, so it can't be compared to KF. Graphics are not realistic either, so it can't be compared to COD zombies. It's not really scary at all, so nope to Dead Space (not that it is, but at least it's trying to be).

In conclusion, the game is good. But only for a while if you ask me.
