So afterwards you gotta play the way you can use those bonuses at their best and so reach the victory faster, so, for example if you play as Raven, you gotta most likely play the trade routes win, because the clan bonuses gives you trade bonus.

Whilst you put efforts into winning the game, you need to feed, and make your people warm on winter, so you gotta manage your resources well, in order to build and grow your clan periodically in lands, and, at the same time, in buildings, building important buildings to achieve your victory.

You have some resources like Iron, Stone, Gold, Food and Firewood and the way you manage to keep them will help you achieve victory faster, so you gotta build Lumberjacks in order to get Firewood, but those lumberjacks will consume food, which means you will have less food to gain, and it goes the same way with other resources and its gatherers.
