When people cook, they typically burn food or overcook it. This is because they donโ€™t know how to properly follow recipes and heat the food to the right temperature. Many people also use unhealthy ingredients for their cooking; this leads to an unhealthy meal that can make people sick if eaten regularly. Cooking has always been a dangerous job for many reasons, and it still is today. However, if done poorly, cooking can make you sickโ€” even deadly โ€” which is why itโ€™s important to understand why some people cook poorly so that we can help them learn how to do so effectively.
