Absolutely wrecked the game with the new update by making OP heroes even more broken, doesn't provide a safe environment for my friends (new players) to learn the game, even normal games and turbo games are full with tryhard smurfs, and don't get me started on how broken the ranked games are. Reporting the above mentioned smurfs doesn't do a thing. I regret having spent all this time in a game that hasn't given any thought or lifted a finger for the new player base. And no, bot matches don't fix the issue, I miss the days when the actual ranking system worked properly and matched you with similarly skilled opponents.
