I like having a central character, it makes the story better. I disliked the length of this one and the end villain was grasping at straws. If you liked 1 and 2, you'll like this one.

One of the best since SOTN, that's all that needs to be said. Play it.

Decent scares, decent game, not a fan of the end sequence or ending(s). Worth the price of admission.

They really went the extra mile with this one. The other two previous Metro games were great and all, but this one brought it to the next level. Great character development, a tighter story, and connects them all with a wonderful ending. If you liked the first two, but not loved, this one will bring it home for you, and bring those emotions on you wanted to feel in the first two, but never got a chance. If you've never played the first two, no problem, this one handles itself well as a first game and you can always go back and play the previous reduxes.
