CabooseOp is aiming for promotion, but recognizes that capabilities and prospects are limited. They set high personal standards in an attempt to do as well as possible. Has proved to be trustworthy, but has not yet been given access to material of a highly confidential or sensitive nature. They will only grudgingly perform tasks that are outside the job description or which require extra work. However, these additional tasks are usually carried out successfully. CabooseOp can be polite, respectful and courteous on occasions and with certain people, but is not by nature polite, and has upset someone once or twice in the last six months – inside the business or outside – with a lack of respect.
