Finally got the Steam version but I've played the game previously after it came out. It is absolutely iconic in the VN/DS sphere and for a good reason; the characters, their development, the sheer mass of gameplay you can get out of them, the humour, the emotional weight of their scenes and stories, everything is perfect. I'd even go so far as to say that this is probably the best VN/DS on the market.

Very fun and intuitive way of learning languages (of which, at present, there is a lot of). It is early days for the game, of course, so there is a limited vocabulary and i'm sure a few things that need a bit of refinement but, overall, it's a very good game and even with these limitations it's still worth buying - moreover, there's more to come; the dev hinted at a massive expansion soon and i'm sure that'll involve expanding the vocab.

Very excited to see further developments and would recommend.

Incredible game; a massive open world with tons of cool pirate stuff to do.
