Parkour, megastructures, incredible atmosphere and a dash of horror. A very enjoyable game.

A beautiful, yet harrowing, journey with an engaging, layered and emotionally-riveting narrative carried forward by a set of painfully human characters.

Its blend of despair, grief, and fading humanity evokes Cormac McCarthy's The Road , but is balanced with brief moments of hope, love and human connection that keeps you from becoming numb to it. The world is richly immersive and detailed, and you are rewarded, visually and otherwise, for taking the time to explore the environments. Combat is tense and tactical, and the AI are (scarily) smart enough to outflank you, ambush you, and keep you on your toes.

I never played the original release of this game - but this remake is instantly up there with my favourite games of all time. I only wish there were more of it.

Relaxing, cozy, beautiful game that is rewarding and fun to play regardless of how much you want to engage with it.

I never knew how much I needed a desktop pixel aquarium until now.

A visually beautiful game with fluid, fun, and engaging combat mechanics. Definitely has the bones of a Ubisoft title in its design, but avoids being as egregiously monotonous in most areas. There are collectables/side objectives/resources like the newer Assassin's Creed or Far Cry games, but they don't feel like a burden here.

Overall, it's a game that doesn't reinvent anything, but is absolutely worth playing in my opinion.

Really fun with friends, makes good use of procedurally generated terrain and there are enough mission types to keep things fresh for a long time. The minigames and easter eggs in the Rig between missions are also a good laugh.

Rock and Stone!

Feeling like General Melchett as I order the young men at Ypres to climb out of their trenches and walk very slowly toward the enemy. They certainly weren't expecting it after the first seventeen times.

We successfully reclaimed 17 square feet of beautiful Belgian mud at a small cost of 600,000 young men dead.
