tldr

You sacced hard last game. Map 1 you ♥♥♥♥♥♥ around and failed to crown an avoidable witch when the hits were down at the ladder chokepoint, which delayed us to spawn tank. Shortly after - you went alone ahead trying to light the tank when the hit was already up, which resulted in you seperating from team and getting pulled, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ us over. Map 2 you barely shot or cleared anything, and again not moving forward when hits were down, delaying the team further and giving the other team time to spawn (but that was the majority of the team's fault for this). Yeah, it is my fault to a degree I guess - since my expectations for our team was high for some reason - but I cleared 3/4 of that hit and shot A LOT of common ahead, having had to use 3-4 uzi clips that map before that early tank... This shouldn't be a big deal as I'm making it but please be more aware what's going on and position yourself better next time...
