I've only played RedSec and Gauntlet, thus my review doesn't reflect the total package.

Gauntlet is straight out a boring affair. At first, the idea of different objectives seems interesting, but it quickly devolves into randomness or boring ones, such as the vehicles focused objectives. I feel the general gameplay of BF doesn't suit a mode like this.

RedSec is a mixed bag. For starters, it doesn't add anything interesting to the formula. The access to cards and the classes add a little bit of strategy, but some classes don't do much (such as Assault). If you add that the hit registration and TTK favors SMG and large magazines, then you quickly guess how the meta is going to be.
The map also has a lot of big areas surrounded by very simple camping spots that produce some very easy frags for the team defending. It's very easy to get third partied in this mode.

Other general issues are the menus, which are very unresponsive, specially when loading a rematch. The netcode goes to hell way too often for a game that is becoming more and more reflex based. Guns feel very samey between each other or even similar classes (carbines vs assault rifles), and the customization isn't there. The game pushes you to get the next big season pass that doesn't add anything to your weapon roster.

As for me current experience, I can't recommend it. If the gunplay and the rest of the issues extend to the main game, I don't think I can recommend it. There are better Battle Royale experiences, if you are looking for one.
