Strongly suggest you learn the difference between a Remaster and Remake.

(Let me Educate you, Vinyl records 'Remastered' to CD which improved the sound quality)

This is a YOU problem Not a MechWarrior spec list problem ,i think you will find a 1060 on medium/low settings says at 720p not your 1440p so no the specs are not wrong just more user error like most false negative reviews filling up Steam...
