Not too much really, I patiently waited 1,5 weeks and my ban got lifted.

I got banned for playing CS2 on Windows 7, and the only thing I did was I sent a message to Steam Support about the ban being false. In that message, I also included a screenshot of my desktop with CS2 running on my account after it got banned along with winver to confirm I'm using Windows 7.

But I don't think the message or the screenshot did anything. If you'll just wait, your false game ban should be removed in the upcoming days.
