Not what I consider a true Idle game in that it doesn't run when offline.
Despite that it is a cute and entertaining little game to have running in the background ;)

It's nothing new or groundbreaking in the Genre.
I basically feel like I'm back playing Theme Hospital on the AMIGA, but I totally enjoyed that so no problems there :)

Highly addictive but some very VERY poor programming and game design.

It's OK in that it runs and no problems with Alt/Tab or saves etc,
But it is a very poor example of the genre.
Everything it does has been done far better in dozens of games.

If you are totally addicted to town building/management then buy it in the sales .... but you're not going to be impressed.

Very good indeed.
Still in Early access, but it runs smooth and stable on my three year old Win 10 system with no Alt/tab or save/load problems.

It's more of a puzzler than a factory management game but the Devs say full release should alter that with a new game mode.

100 hours with more to play yet, so obviously a thumbs up.
There is some clunky programming, and some silly stuff for a survival game ... absolutely no need for water at any point?
I mean - Water - you know - the one thing vital to all life?

A major plus is the amount of options available from the start.
Different planets/biomes. Different scenarios. Dozens of different characters to choose from.
Most publishers these days would have kept at least 75% of this game back to release later as DLC

Even at full price I would have felt that I had got my moneys worth.

I know I have a lot of hours and I will admit it was fun for most of that time.
Indeed I will probably pop back in now and again to mess around when I am bored.

Problem is - the basic free game gets boring quite fast, and the events are totally geared towards pay to win.
It is free and that deserves a thumbs up - but it's a money grab --- so thumbs down.

Classic EA garbage.
The best way to play is by using Ctrl/Alt/Del whenever you want to change anything.

I buy these on discount to experience the latest circuits ... not to enjoy a game!

Unlike other idle games this gives you nothing whilst you are offline until you buy upgrades.
If I had known that then I wouldn't have bought this. I had played too long to refund when I found out.

BUT - I am so glad I kept this game.
Took me about 30 hours to get the basic (and very low) offline production but there is something really chill about how this game works.
It is a VERY slow burner and really earns the name Idle Game.
Just leave it running in the background and check on it from time to time .... no rush ..... no rush ;)

100 hours played and more to come for sure, so here are my opinions.

It reminds me most of Machiavillain if you have played that.
Both are base building games with a Mystical vibe.

It runs smooth on my 3 year old set-up (Win 10) with never a crash from saves or Alt-Tabing, which I do a lot of.

If you demand a complaint, I would say that it is overly complex for me. My brain gets stuck in a loop of trying to decide what to do/build/research next etc.
Then again, I am 65 and tend to be drunk when I play ;)

A definite thumbs up from me.
