So, a year has passed, DDLC became a meme, had its fair share of game theory videos dedicated to it (among the usual ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of FNAF theories), was crowned by Pewds himself as one of the best games of recent history.

And what about you? Gosh, man, it's the end of 2018 and you still haven't played DDLC?! That's pathetic. You really should! So, here's a small heads up on the game:

If you somehow managed to not spoil yourself (courtesy of all the damn memes and whatnot), I highly suggest you play this game, being mindful of the disclaimers clearly visible in the store page and the game opening. This is not your average game, it really has some potentially dangerous content, and ignoring this aspect, only to end up whining about it on the internet is something NOBODY should do.

If you more or less know what this game is about... well, it's a damn shame. You really can't get the authentic feeling of DDLC without going in blind, but even so, you should still play it, you never know if or when your experience may be different than somebody else's.

As for me, this game changed me, made me realize things, made me a different person than i was before playing it, and, more than anything else, made me realize what really makes videogames, as a medium, so unique. I now long for the day in which i can feel again the same chill down my spine, the same undescribable sensation of BEING part of the game experience, not simply playing it like any other game. This game man, this damn game. It made me fall in love, it broke my heart, it made me believe again, believe in what? idk, but i still believe. This is what games should aspire to be. So much so, that i even bought the $10 fan pack to show my support, and I highly encourage you to do the same, should you appreciate this game as much as I do. This is what people should be playing. This is...damn, can't see ♥♥♥♥ 'cause i'm crying now.
