Dont let my playtime fool you, this is my most favourite western RPG, ever.
I spent hundreds of hours on the PS4 Version.
The world design is superb and sidequests NEVER get boring.

There are so many games that ask you to complete a ton of meaningless gathering and killing quests, just to artificially extend the time you spend on the game.
Witcher, while also having these kind of quests, adds to every little task a proper and meaningful story.

It is totally fine to get distracted by the smaller stories in The Witcher 3. Every quest has a proper introduction, a well written story and a satisfying conclusion.

Dont even get me started on the english VA, Geralts voice is uncanny and his choice of vocabulary is a blessing, I could listen to Doug Cockle being slightly annoyed and sassy for hours.

After seeing the Netflix-Series, I decided to give it a go again, I just couldn't find the time to actually play it.
Bare with me, if you really want to start this time, be sure to have a lot of time at hand - my first playthrought lasted around 100 hours, without even touching the DLCs.

If I actually have more than 10 minutes of playtime while youre reading this, then it means I finally found some time to play, yay
