CS2 is an incredible game. The gunplay is sharp, the new graphics and updated smokes are a huge upgrade, and every round still feels intense and meaningful. Whether you’re clutching a 1v4 or losing a bombsite to a flashbang you didn’t see coming, it’s some of the most satisfying FPS gameplay out there.

That said — the cheating problem is real. It's not every match, but when it happens, it ruins the experience. Valve’s anti-cheat still feels like it’s playing catch-up, and for a game this competitive, that’s frustrating.

Despite that, I keep coming back. When it’s good, it’s really good — the kind of game you think about long after you log off. Here’s hoping Valve puts more focus into cleaning up the matchmaking.
