On the 20th of May 2021 at 1:56 am I sent the following eMail as a reply to a principal of Aureon Energy that had reached out to me.

Ken was so careful to not have a theory. He was led by observation. He was criticised by Matsumoto for not describing what they were - though both parties recognised what they were able to do, at least at some level of self organisation, cause matter to become denatured. Solin describes the overall process well. At one point, Ken referred to the work of S.V. Adamenko as resulting in a 'quark soup' whereas Adamenko called it an ‘electro-nuclear cluster’. Ken also referred to it being able to lead to the "Mother of all matter" - what the alchemists would call Prima Materia. Solin de-facto agreed since he said that the structures lead to unification of the forces and matter collapse. In Matsumotos electro-nuclear collapse model - he notes that ultimately there is a black hole like event of self-compression - the same phrase as used by Vysotskii and Adameko in 2004 - the self compression leads to denaturing of the matter - Matsumoto then says it can re-appear at a white hole, sometimes having travelled through a 'wormhole' whereupon nuclear re-generation leads to a spread of elements, on the outside, hydrogen (the most likely stable element nucleus to form, observed by Piantelli and others as 'excess hydrogen'), carbon film, O etc. and in the centre Ti, Fe etc. I have observed this across multiple technologies.

It is interesting that the inventor of the phrases 'black hole' and 'worm hole' and Feynman's lecturer, a principle in the Mahattan Project and key in the H-Bomb (and the IVY Mike blast at Enewetak Atoll) - Wheeler, would come up with a gravitationally bound soliton structure in the 1950s, called a GEON that looks remarkably like the structure I derived from study of John Hutchison samples long before I knew of Wheeler. Matsumoto said from the outset that his 'itonic clusters' have a mesh in one of two basic forms - torus or sphere - which can aggregate - they form meshes. I have said that they form structures based on all the allotropes of carbon and there nested or otherwise aggregations. Matsumoto said these are comprised of Positrons, Electrons (in a degenerate state) and neutrinos, these carry and mask the ions. Wheeler stated that GEONs could comprise “a range of leptons”, so the stars are aligning.

In the end, what matters is that these things were rightly characterised by Shoulders as being able to destroy any dense matter, especially when an attempt to generate heat is asked of them.

This is why, for a number of years now, since 2017, I have argued their best first use is radiation remediation. You don't care that you are re-organising the matter in this application.
