Something I just absolutely wish, is for the “Neighborhood Watch” mode to be populated just a little bit, I love slaying or shooting with a group of people, especially randoms. I ALWAYS try to get my friends to play games such as this, since its such a great time passer AND to relax while slaying and talking, but they always tell me the same thing every single time which I’m sure most of you have heard “It gets too repetitive, I’m already bored, all your doing is just killing zombies” which sure, killing zombies can get repetitive, since that’s the entire game right, but at the same time, when you add stunning visuals and places (LA is a dope setting btw) a great story that ties into the original games, funny characters (Jacob specifically) alternate zombie types that are more aggressive and dangerous, sick a** weapons that slice bones and zombie flesh. It genuinely just comes down to the fact that there’s no competitive nature to these types of games that my friends gravitate towards which I can’t blame them it’s their game palette but oh well. At the end of the day though, this is BY FAR my favorite Dead Island of the franchise, I love the special weapon types that you can find on here, the skill tree of zombies skills are sick asf, BECOMING a zombie as a “ultimate” ability? the autophage skills? like all of it, DOPE asf definitely what the game needed is some specialty skill for you’re character. Getting 100% completion on this game too was a breeze for me personally, I saved the last 2 achievements being in NG+ while having no struggle for most of them getting ones like hit a zombie with a melee from a 35+ meter throw? First try lol. Ending the review though I’d say this game is 100% worth to play, it’s so damn fun and the story is very worth to invest yourself in.
