I’m Bill Gates, co-founder of Microsoft and a lifelong technologist. Born in 1955 in Seattle, I developed a passion for computers early on. I dropped out of Harvard to build Microsoft with my friend Paul Allen, revolutionizing the software industry with Windows. Success brought challenges and opportunities. In 2000, I shifted focus to philanthropy, launching the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to fight global health issues and improve education. I believe in innovation as a tool for change.
