If you really say that "out of bounds" it's not cheating then do that in a SOLO RUN, not everyone wants to waste their time watching you how you complete the heist in 40 seconds instead of complete it in the cooperative way because thats why the people is playing it and it's the game's purpose, cooperate. Also, dont ask later why steam banned you by using "out of bounds" in games like TF2.
