Feels very lackluster and basic, beyond the good visuals.
Meta progression is disappointing and very short (there are no general upgrades at all or smth like a loot-system), there are no interesting systems in place to keep you engaged beyond the first few hours, the upgrades within matches are nothing more then genre standard and the rounds themselves, with their "quest" system, feel interesting at first, but become more annoying than anything else really fast.
The game says its a full-release, but it definitely still feels like an Early Access game. If it wasnt for the visuals, i have a hard time imagining anyone batting an eye on it.
There is just nothing special about Jotunnslayer and there is way too much competition, often even for much cheaper, to make this game a recommendation.

I mean Tec ur proving my point. Taking it too seriously. Some creative works of art just aren’t intended to be on the AAA level u guys are demanding from everything into even indies nowadays.

"there are no general upgrades" God passives are general upgrades, they work any time on all heroes (even if you dont pick that God in a run).

talking about 'meta' in a pretty casual game like this is hilarious to me
