this is a story about cat.

cat was sad one day because her fukcing landlord decided to break no contact and break in while she was sleeping. it is because the litter box had not been changed in 2 weeks and the other apartments were being affected. cat has a stinky litter box, her landlord explained this as reasoning for breaking no contact to clean her litter box. it was not legally binding but the first night and thereafter these two shared in order to negotiate rent prices was. she was appreciative of the clean litter box, but pissed off at landlord for breaking in. she then negotiated for even lower rent prices for the disturbance of peace.

landlord yearns endlessly for the bygone days when cat was homeless. understand that landlord needs pu$$y, but he is in his mid 30s and fat and balding kleptocratic tightwad with no class and smells like sewer armpit and menthol. and cat has experience in the sewers. so does landlord, that's where they found eachother. landlord likes to explore sewers for sport even though he is rich because he suffers from paranoid delusions. cat reasoned if you live in filth you attract filth and become the filth then try and find a way to make the filth clean your house and bring you on yachts

anyway, this time cat was not so purrsuasive. landlord came at cat. landlord would not leave cats garage apartment. HOW DARE YOU he would scream. so loud at cat. rent was down to $750 a month from $75000 a month and this fukcing smelly goblin who needs no money exclaims he is LOSING MONEY and getting NO PU$$Y. he pulls out a gun and aims it at cat. he is going to shoot. he is going to fukcing murder cat. cats life is in danger. she can no longer party on yachts and live lavishly in a garage at the jersey shore. so cat panics. everything cat is, on the line.

she coaxes landlord. its ok she says. you can shoot yourself. its ok. your literal walking filth, and nobody likes you or wants you around. landlord sighs. looks at cat one last time before he clicks the safety off. landlord starts sobbing and breathing heavier and heavier. breath getting rapid and shallow. he turns the gun around 180 degrees and screams as he puts it in his mouth and pulls the trigger. with a thud to the floor landlord cashed his final check. in his back jean pocket was the rental agreement to sign over the property to cat and an engagement ring.
