Honestly, i can't get enough of this game, not only because of the amazing, unique music, the repetitive yet amazingly fun brutal gameplay, that puts to the test your reaction, skill and mind, making up perfectly for a fast, frenetic, ever so slightly strategic, pulsating game.
It drives the player through an 80's ride of rampage, not only because of its difficulty, but because of the mesmerizing colours, fast-paced fluid movement and brutal executions, accompanied with a disturbing combo system that will make you release your Inner Animal.

Hotline Miami's story plays pretty much as a puzzle, you will have to put the pieces together to figure out which events happened before and after, dragging the player into a labyrinth of dates, places and events that uncovers the mistery behind its characters, developing their personalities and showing their reasons.

Many people complain about HM2:WN for not being like its predecessor. Which, in my opinion, it's pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid. HM2:WN delivers a much comfortable, steady and clean gameplay than HM1, making it up for a much comfortable character control. HM2:WN also makes much more use of the [Shift] button by making large, challenging levels that Incites the player to play slightly more strategically.
