This game is my prime example when I try to convince people to not only look at reviews, especially not early ones, when deciding whether to play a game or not. I seriously cannot believe that I have almost missed out on it because of some bad reviews, most of which have not been updated to this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ day although the developers have overhauled the game multiple times and beefed up the content massively. Nah I thought, I will give this a pass, the reviews look bad.

Then my friends and I were looking for something to play. Tested this one, coop looked lukewarm, so we dropped it, but the atmosphere, I thought, is really captivating. And I just kept on playing alone a bit, and almost 500 hours later, here I am, urging you to ignore the bad reviews and to give this a try. Any person out there, and I really mean any, who has a penchant for the zombie apocalypse, simply must play this game. It is the ultimate zombie apocalypse simulator.
